Throughout my 15-year career in management, I was affectionately known as the innovation cultivator for my ability to develop simple yet highly effective strategies, systems, and teams that consistently delivered exceptional results. Boosting annual sales revenue by a staggering $1 million while simultaneously reducing operational expenses by 10% was just another day at the office for me - efficiency at its finest!
However, when 2020 arrived, the great C-word presented an opportunity for me to refocus my superpowers. Since then, I’ve supported numerous coaches & wellness practitioners in creating and streamlining a business infrastructure that enables them to expand their impact and income without compromising their well-being.
